Mary Ann Ingram, M. Ed., NCBMBT #00172, NCBC #E1478
Mary Ann is a licensed massage therapist, trained in Watsu. She taught and coached for 18 years at Spelman College,
Oglethorpe University, Georgia Tech, and Western Carolina University. She has more than 25 years experience as an
aquatic instructor.
She realized a dream when she opened Rainbow Healing Hands as a wellness co-op in 2000. In the spring of 2003,
Mary Ann completed her Aesthetics training and is now a licensed Aesthetician.
She believes that expanding and growing is the way to stay on the cutting edge to best serve clients. Her training
has raised her appreciation for and awareness of the vital role that skin care plays in our pursuit of wellness.

Kim Dowdle

Kim was born and raised in Franklin, and graduated from Franklin High School in 2004. She graduated from Southeastern
Community College in August 2006, with a degree in therapeutic massage. Prior to receiving that degree, she was an
intern and secretary at Rainbow Healing Hands.
Jann Ramsey
Jann is national board certified in acupuncture, and is licensed to practice in North Carolina. She holds a bachelor's
degree from UNC-Charlotte, and received her master's degree from the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
In acupuncture, the practitioner inserts fine needls into the body at specific points that have been shown to be
effective in treating particular health issues. The specific points have been mapped by Chinese practitioners for over
2000 years.
William G. Crawford, III, N. D.
Bill Crawford was born in Bryson City and graduated from Franklin High school in 1969. He is a board-certified naturopath
accredited by the American Naturopathic Medical Certification and Accreditation Board, Inc. He is the president and CEO
of Attention Deficit Disorder Foundation, Inc., a non-profit research foundation incorporated in 1994.
Charles T. Lenton, Jr., M. D.
Charles Lenton holds the A. B. degree from Haverford College in Haverford, PA, and the M. D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School in Philadelphia. He interned at The Reading Hospital in Reading, PA, and did his residency at the University Hospital, University of Virginia, in Charlottesville, VA.
